Our approach

For a qualified search process, we generally calculate 6-8 weeks from the placement of the order to the presentation of the first candidates.

1. Creation of the requirement profile in coordination with the personnel and specialist departments.

2. Identification of suitable candidates and initial contact with potential applicants.

3. Pre-selection of identified candidates based on written documents and personal interviews.

4. Presentation of selected candidates with submission of complete documents, personal recommendation (exposé).

5. Support during the selection process of a candidate by the client.

6. Coaching until the end of the probationary period.
